1. Organizer account (in the app)

  1. Open Winfy Ticket, Loyalty, Club, Booking, Coupons, or Invite (or the web app at e-ticket-io.web.app).
  2. Go to Account.
  3. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

Your login is removed from Firebase Auth so the same email can register again. If you own an organization, that organization is deleted first. An active Stripe subscription is cancelled; we email you the period-end date. Remove other team members before deleting the owner account.

2. Organizer account (without installing the app)

  1. Open https://e-ticket-io.web.app/delete-account.
  2. Enter the email on the account.
  3. We send a confirmation link (check spam for a message from e-ticket.io). Open the link and confirm.

If daily or monthly email limits are full, the confirmation link may arrive within 1 day or 1 month. The request is still recorded.

3. Winfy Pass (customer wallet)

  1. Open Winfy Pass (app or e-ticket-wallet.web.app).
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

This deletes the customer login and wallet profile. Passes issued by businesses are no longer available on that account.

4. Request by email

Email pxelsceneapps@gmail.com from the address tied to your account. We respond within a reasonable time and process deletion with the same effect as the in-app / web methods.

1. Organizatör hesabı (uygulama içi)

  1. Winfy Ticket, Loyalty, Club, Booking, Coupons veya Invite uygulamasını (veya e-ticket-io.web.app) açın.
  2. Hesap bölümüne gidin.
  3. Hesabımı sil seçeneğini onaylayın.

Giriş Firebase Auth’tan silinir; aynı e-posta yeniden kayıt olabilir. Organizasyon sahibiyeniz önce organizasyon silinir. Aktif Stripe aboneliği iptal edilir; dönem sonu e-posta ile bildirilir. Sahip hesabını silmeden diğer ekip üyelerini çıkarın.

2. Organizatör hesabı (uygulama yüklemeden)

  1. https://e-ticket-io.web.app/delete-account adresini açın.
  2. Hesaptaki e-postayı girin.
  3. Onay linki gönderilir (spam’de e-ticket.io). Linki açıp onaylayın.

Günlük veya aylık e-posta limiti doluysa link 1 gün veya 1 ay içinde gelebilir. Talep kaydedilir.

3. Winfy Pass (müşteri cüzdanı)

  1. Winfy Pass uygulamasını veya e-ticket-wallet.web.app adresini açın.
  2. Ayarlar’a gidin.
  3. Hesabımı sil seçeneğini onaylayın.

Müşteri girişi ve cüzdan profili silinir. İşletmelerin verdiği pass’ler bu hesapta durmaz.

4. E-posta ile talep

Hesabınıza bağlı adresten pxelsceneapps@gmail.com yazın. Uygulama / web ile aynı silme işlemini uygularız.

  1. Avaa Winfy Ticket, Loyalty, Club, Booking, Coupons tai Invite (tai e-ticket-io.web.app).
  2. Siirry Tiliin.
  3. Valitse Poista tilini ja vahvista.

Kirjautuminen poistetaan Firebase Authista. Jos omistat organisaation, se poistetaan ensin. Aktiivinen Stripe-tilaus perutaan; kauden päättymispäivä lähetetään sähköpostitse. Poista muut tiimin jäsenet ennen omistajatilin poistoa.

2. Järjestäjätili (ilman sovellusta)

  1. Avaa https://e-ticket-io.web.app/delete-account.
  2. Syötä tilin sähköposti.
  3. Lähetämme vahvistuslinkin (tarkista roskaposti, lähettäjä e-ticket.io).

Jos päivä- tai kuukausiraja on täynnä, linkki voi tulla 1 päivän tai 1 kuukauden kuluessa. Pyyntö tallennetaan.

3. Winfy Pass (asiakaslompakko)

  1. Avaa Winfy Pass (sovellus tai e-ticket-wallet.web.app).
  2. Siirry Asetuksiin.
  3. Valitse Poista tilini ja vahvista.

Asiakkaan kirjautuminen ja lompakkoprofiili poistetaan.

4. Pyyntö sähköpostitse
